Sliced 100g - Montanegra Iberico Chorizo is produced from Iberico pigs in Extremadura, situated in South West of Spain. It is a soft, sweet smooth chorizo withe well balanced flavours making it perfect for tapas. Iberico charcuterie can only come from black pigs of the Iberian Breed. This legendary and select race has many qualities, including a great capacity to accumulate fat under its skin and between the muscular fibres.  Perfect ingredient on your charcuterie board, in tapas or sandwiches. 

Ingredients: Iberian Pork, salt, garlic, paprika, oregano, MILK protein, dextrin, powdered MILK, garlic powder, dextrose, antioxidant (E-392), colouringE-160 preservatives (E-252 , E-250) and acidity corrector (E-331iii).
